As a high-quality valve manufacturer with 20 years of production experience, we occupy an area of 20,000 square meters and have 100 sets of advanced production equipment, with a production capacity of 8,000 tons. Our product range includes various series such as gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, filters, hydraulic control valves, HVAC balancing valves, air release valves, rubber expansion joints, stainless steel expansion joints, and fittings. These valves are crucial components in drainage systems, fire protection systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, enabling flow control, emergency shutdowns, and preventing backflow to ensure the safe and stable operation of systems. Development Events
From 1995 to 2003
The company’s founder, Lu Xiaochun, was mainly engaged in valve sales, and previously conducted bidding for local water valve projects in China.
In 2003
He founded his own production company - Botou Yaxing. The initial products produced were smaller in diameter, mainly in the range of DN15-DN600.
In 2005
The company passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality system certification, indicating that its management level and technical strength have been authoritatively recognized. At this stage, the company strengthens internal management and optimizes production processes.
In 2008
We strengthened product quality control and adopted international standards for production to ensure that the products have good corrosion resistance, sealing performance and service life. We began to expand the international market and enter Asia, Europe, America and other regions. In the same year, it passed CE and WRAS certification.
In 2012
After years of development, the company gradually expanded its production scale, introduced advanced production equipment and technology, and began to produce valve products with larger diameters, higher pressures, and more types.
From 2016 to 2018
The company focused on environmental protection, eliminated traditional electric furnace production equipment, and invested in a new casting line, which not only improved casting efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and made products more competitive.
